More than a Supervisor..Be a Leader
It takes work be move beyond a supervisor to be a leader. This session will explore the characteristics of an effective leader using the Kouzes and Posner approach which consists of Model the Way, Inspire Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act and Encourage the Heart. This workshop will focus on the daily actions and activities to be a more confident leader by leveraging the 5 leadership characteristics.
Supervisors manage tasks but leaders inspire and influence others. This course will explore characteristics of great leader who have the confidence to effectively lead teams to accomplish their goals and objectives
