Life long Entrepreneur, Passionate HR Consultant and Teacher. I've spent my career helping others be MORE of who they were created to be. After 20 years as a senior HR leader in mega banks, I took a detour to teach HR and leadership classes at my Alma mater, East Carolina University.
At Justice Leadership. I'm an executive coach and strategic business consultant. I also host leadership cohorts, and provide online education to those that want to be more effective in leading self, team and organizations.
